These plants are alive!

  • Keep packaging open in the fridge for one to two weeks.
  • They can be kept  in a refrigerated cool environment (approximately 36 degrees Fahrenheit)
  • Keep away from direct sunlight.
  • If the growth media that the microgreens are kept in seems dry,  moisten with water.

  • Create a beautiful centerpiece using microgreens to compliment your table.

  • One key benefit is the instantaneous boost
microgreens give to the nutritional value of a meal or snack.
  • They are rich in phytonutrients and other health-promoting compounds — in many cases, more nutrient-dense than their mature counterparts — a little goes a long way.

  • Microgreens can be used to top a cooked dish, soup,
salad, or even dessert with a fresh burst of flavor and visual appeal at the same time.
  • Use microgreens to create your own unique twist on a salad or entree.
  • Believe us when we say your guests will love it!
